If they apply, the courier collects them from you on delivery, and the amount is set by your local customs authority.

Your order is usually prepared for shipment within 2 days. For special items like Pre-Orders, the timeframe will be noted on the product page.

You can cancel your order within 14 days. We’ll refund all payments once the items are returned.You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods and should return them in good condition, ideally in the original packaging. This applies only to EU deliveries.

Every order ships with a tracking number, wherever you order from, so you can follow your parcel and see when it arrives. Orders can't be changed or cancelled once placed, so please check your size and address before you confirm.

You can pay with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay (and Girocard within Germany), always in your local currency, and every payment is SSL encrypted and processed securely through Shopify, wherever you order from.
